Return/Refund Policy
All shirts are made to order, so all sales are final! Be sure to check the size chart before ordering because I cannot exchange for a different size if your shirt doesn't fit. If you have any questions about sizing, send me a message on Instagram or via email! If you need to cancel your order, you have to message me within 24 hours to do so.
I check every shirt for quality before I send it out. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to solve the problem. If it has been longer than 7 days, unfortunately, I will not be able to help you. Make sure to check your order when you get it to avoid this issue!
If a return is agreed upon, refunds will be processed once I receive the returned item. Your return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label or your refund will not be processed.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. After I ship your package, any delays or issues are unfortunately out of my hands. Contact the post office and give them the tracking number so they can assist you.
